Teresa Camarato
Teresa grew up in Zeigler and has been a resident of Herrin since 1985. She has been married to Keith for 20+ years, with 5 sons and 6 grandchildren. Teresa has been selling Real Estate in Florida since 2001 and before then she worked in Management. Her interests include attending S.I.U. basketball games, spending time with family & friends, gardening, crafts, & pets. Teresa's primary goal is for her company to provide the best possible service to all clients.

Christy Brower
Christy has lived in Royalton her entire life and served on the Village Board for four years. She was was Mayor of Royalton for four years, and is currently serving a four year term on the Franklin County Board. She is the President of the Royalton Lion's Club and Vice President of Civic Pride. She has a 14 year old daughter named Chaney, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Christy works very hard to please her clients. Christy was a million dollar producer in 2007 and multimillion producer in 2008.
Jeanie Dunning
Jeanie Dunning is a permanent resident of Southern Illinois, Jeanie is a multi-million dollar producer in the Real Estate business, and for approximately 10 years was the broker/owner of her own Real Estate Company. She has 30 years of extensive experience in sales and management, and 25 years of experience in property management, including residential and apartment complex rentals. She is actively involved in attendance in various real estate seminars and workshops for continuing education.

Kelli Golis, Broker Associate
Kelli is a native of Southern Illinois and a graduate of Southern Illinois University. She is a Physical Therapist Assistant and became a real estate broker in 2003. She is also the co-owner of a major fast food franchise and owns several rental properties in Herrin. Her interests include riding her Harley, vacationing, and relaxing at home with her dog Zoe. Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Southern Illinois and currently lives in Herrin with her husband John & her cat Isabella. She has 2 sons, 1 daughter, a grandaughter and a grandson. Julia has lived in Southern Illinois her entire life and has been married to her High School sweetheart, Monte, for 39 years. They have 2 children, Kevin and wife Lisa, Brandy and husband Scott Anderson. They also have 2 grandchildren, Allie and Kaden. She is dedicated to helping clients find that perfect home, and tries to be available according to the clients schedules. My name is Vanessa Meinert. I have been in Real Estate for almost four years. I have worked as a residential and commercial sales agent as well as a broker's personal assistant. I am a Certified Staging Consultant and have an educational background in art and architecture. I am a lifelong resident of Franklin County and currently reside just outside of Valier with my husband and three year old son. Kelly Fenton
Kelly is a native of Southern Illinois but has lived in different areas of the United States. He returned home and now resides on the family farm with his wife Cindy. Kelly has been working with Action Auction Illinois for a number of years and now joins Property With TLC. Action Auction has sold a vast amount of real estate over the years utilizing the auction process. Kelly enjoys working on estate and business liquidation actions. He understands the emotional side of the auction process and works hard to address his client needs. Prior to auctioneering, he served in management and technical positions for a number of organizations. He is a graduate of Continental School of Auctioneering, Southern Illinois University and Pepperdine University. Kelly is a proud member of the Illinois Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.
